I&#8217;ve been waiting for the perfect time to try out this hamburger cupcake idea I came across. Nothin&#8217; but white cake, choco cake, and frosting. How about that? Up close they look just like the fatty burgers you are familiar with! Special thanks to Dan McCool for gnawing on all that frosting.

<p>I used 3/4 cup vanilla soy yogurt to mix with the sugar instead of the butter.</p>
<p>1 cup soy milk</p>
<p>1/3 cup canola oil just mixed in there to keep it moist.</p>
<p>kind of just ditched the egg whites.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s face it &#8211; Lincoln would totally be a vegan today and this is how he would eat it.</p>
